JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing U.S.-based cleaning company looking for a highly motivated, reliable Virtual Assistant with at least 3 years of sales experience.

This is a sales-focused position. You must be confident speaking with customers, following up with leads, overcoming objections, and closing bookings. We are looking for someone who is motivated by results and actively looks for opportunities to generate more business rather than simply waiting for tasks.

Pay: $6/hour + $10 commission for every booking closed
Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of strong sales experience
Fluent, near-native English with excellent phone communication
Strong ability to convert leads and close sales
Excellent attention to detail
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
Extremely reliable with excellent attendance
Strong and dependable internet connection
Leadership mentality and willingness to take ownership
Able to prioritize our company during scheduled working hours rather than working for multiple clients simultaneously

Cleaning industry experience is strongly preferred.

Experience with BookingKoala and GoHighLevel is a major plus.

We want someone who is genuinely interested in helping the company grow, is motivated by commission and performance, and takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do.
