JOB OVERVIEW

Your main responsibility will be helping grow the platform by:

* Researching and reaching out to therapists
* Recruiting therapists to join the network
* Scheduling and assisting with therapist interviews
* Collecting and verifying therapist onboarding documents
* Helping therapists complete profiles and platform setup
* Following up with therapists throughout onboarding
* Responding to client questions and inquiries
* Helping clients register, select providers, and schedule appointments
* Following up with prospective clients
* Responding to emails and basic platform support requests
* Assisting with marketing and outreach campaigns
* Researching potential partnerships and referral sources
* Maintaining organized lead, therapist, and client tracking

Secondary Responsibilities

You will also support another behavioral health program with:

* Client intake and appointment scheduling
* Documentation tracking and follow-up
* Therapist administrative support
* Reviewing files using provided checklists
* Researching law firms and potential referral partners
* Email and phone outreach to law firms
* Following up with potential partners
* Helping move new partnerships through the onboarding process
Who We Are Looking For

You should be:

* Very organized and dependable
* Comfortable speaking and writing in English
* Confident communicating with U.S. professionals and clients
* Comfortable with email and phone outreach
* Strong at following up without needing constant reminders
* Able to learn new systems quickly
* Comfortable working with checklists and processes
* Able to manage several pipelines without becoming disorganized
* Interested in a long-term position and growing with the company

Experience with healthcare, behavioral health, recruiting, sales, customer service, appointment setting, or business development is helpful but not required.

What Success Looks Like

This is not a position where you simply wait for tasks.

We need someone who will actively help us:

**Recruit therapists ? onboard therapists ? attract clients ? support clients ? build partnerships ? follow up ? help grow revenue.**

Training, scripts, checklists, and workflows will be provided.
