JOB OVERVIEW

Blinds Inc is a Northern Ireland-based window coverings company launching an ecommerce store on WooCommerce.

We need someone reliable and detail-oriented to list our full product catalogue in excess of 800+ products , write on-brand product descriptions, and handle on-page SEO for each listing.

If you do good work on the initial catalogue, there's steady follow-on work as we add new products and expand ranges.

What you'll be doing:
Uploading products to WooCommerce (images, pricing, variants/attributes, stock)

Writing product descriptions following our house style guide (provided)

Filling in SEO fields per product: meta title, meta description, URL slug, image alt text

Assigning categories and tags consistently

*Flagging anything that looks wrong or missing in the source data rather than guessing

You'll be a good fit if you:
Have hands-on WooCommerce/WordPress backend experience (not just "used WordPress once")
Write clean, natural British/Irish English — no Americanisms (color, favorite, etc.)

Can follow a style guide precisely rather than defaulting to generic, fluffy product copy...

Understand basic on-page SEO (meta tags, keyword placement, alt text) — we're not expecting technical/strategic SEO

Are detail-oriented enough to handle repetitive, high-volume listing work without quality dropping off after product #50
