What you’ll do:
- Adapt approved designs into new sizes, formats, and deliverables
- Create social media, web, event, and promotional graphics
- Prepare print-ready files for apparel, merchandise, and marketing materials
- Build clean layouts using established brand direction and reference files
- Make client revisions accurately and efficiently
- Clean up vector artwork and organize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop files
- Create apparel mockups and product presentation graphics when needed
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Adobe Illustrator skills
- Strong Adobe Photoshop skills
- Good typography, layout, and spacing judgment
- Experience preparing files for professional printing
- Understanding of vector and raster artwork
- Strong attention to detail and file organization
- Ability to follow an established visual style
- Clear, reliable communication and consistent turnaround times
- Comfortable asking questions before starting when a brief is unclear
Nice to have:
- Apparel, merchandise, or screen-printing experience
- Branding or event-design experience
- Social media or web graphic experience
- Experience with mockups, presentations, or product graphics
How we work:
You’ll receive a written brief, dimensions, reference files, brand assets, and a deadline. You’ll be expected to return organized working files along with final export-ready files.
We value quality, clear communication, and dependable follow-through. If something is unclear or a deadline may be affected, we expect you to communicate early.
Compensation:
Pay will depend on experience, portfolio quality, speed, and production knowledge. We are open to hourly, part-time weekly, or longer-term monthly arrangements after a successful trial period.
Finalists will complete a paid design test based on a realistic production assignment. We do not ask applicants to complete unpaid client work.
To apply, please send:
- A short introduction
- Your hourly or monthly rate
- Your weekly availability
- A portfolio link
- Your Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop experience
- Any apparel, merchandise, or print-production experience
- Three portfolio examples that show your best typography, layout, or merchandise-design work
