About BOSS MGMT GRP
BOSS MGMT GRP is an international management group operating across four divisions - Liaison, Talent, Media, and Digital. The group provides celebrity liaison services, manages a roster of leading global YouTube creators, brokers brand partnerships between talent and international brands, and delivers digital and creative services to brands worldwide.
BOSS Digital is the group’s web design and brand strategy division - building websites, brand identities, and digital presence for clients across fashion, hospitality, wellness, retail, and beyond. As the division grows, so does this role.
About the Role
The Paid Social Specialist / Meta Ads Manager is responsible for setting up, building, and managing paid social campaigns across BOSS Digital’s own channel, while also collaborating with relevant directors and staff on digital campaigns for clients and talent. This is a hybrid role spanning platform setup, campaign management, optimisation, reporting, and creative collaboration - built for someone who can move confidently between technical execution, performance thinking, and brand-aligned delivery.
This role sits at the intersection of paid media, content, and digital operations. It requires someone highly organised, proactive, comfortable across multiple workstreams at once, and confident enough to collaborate directly with the Directors on campaign strategy and performance decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Social Setup & Management
- Set up and build paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure, ad sets, audiences, creatives, tracking, and optimisation workflows.
- Manage BOSS Digital’s own paid social channel, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and optimised against performance goals
- Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and account health, making ongoing adjustments as needed
- QA campaign builds and troubleshoot any platform, tracking, or delivery issues before and during launch
- Maintain clean account structure, naming conventions, and organised campaign documentation with the capacity to onboard and set up new clients and ad accounts remotely.
Campaign Strategy & Performance
- Build audience strategies, retargeting flows, and funnel structures to support awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Analyse campaign performance and report on key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPL, and conversion performance
- Provide clear recommendations based on data, creative testing, and audience behaviour
- Test and refine creative, copy, targeting, and budget allocation to improve campaign outcomes
- Stay across Meta updates, paid social trends, and evolving best practices
Collaboration & Coordination
- Collaborate with relevant directors, creatives, and staff to support digital campaigns for clients and talent
- Work closely and directly with the Director of Digital on campaign direction, priorities, and performance insights
- Bring proactive ideas and flag opportunities rather than waiting to be told what’s next
- Coordinate handoffs across internal tea
- Attend regular check-ins and tea
Communication Standards
- Represent BOSS Digital in a professional, warm, and on-brand tone in all internal and external communications
- Provide clear, concise updates on campaign performance, issues, and next steps
- Use standard reporting and messaging frameworks, adapting as needed based on context
- Handle feedback, changes, and urgency with calm, clarity, and precision
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for purchase and lead generation. Bonus points for experience in alternate platforms such as Youtube, Google and Linkedin (Growth B2B areas)
- Strong understanding of paid social setup, optimisation, and reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative, strategy, and production teams
- Comfortable managing both internal brand activity and client/talent campaigns
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with performance metrics and creative testing frameworks
- Understanding of the digital marketing, brand, or content landscape is a strong advantage
- Available for regular video check-ins with the Directors (timezone flexibility required)
What This Role Is Not
This is not a design, copywriting, or content production role. The Paid Social Specialist manages paid media setup, performance, and coordination; the relevant team supports creative execution.
