About Us
Machine is a sticker printing and graffiti art supply company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We run our own in-house sticker production — laminated, vinyl, holographic, kiss-cut, and individually cut stickers, printed, laminated, cut, packaged, and shipped entirely in-house — alongside our graffiti supply retail business and proprietary product line. The owner has over 20 years of professional graphic design experience, so you'll be working under someone who actually knows the craft, not just running production for a business owner outsourcing blind.

The Role
This is a long-term, full-time position — we're looking for someone who wants to build with the team over time, not a one-off project. You'll be designing text-based sticker artwork and preparing the final print and cut files that go straight into production.

What You'll Do
• Design text-based sticker artwork with strong typography — precise letter spacing, line spacing, and composition
• Prepare final print and cut files in Adobe Illustrator, including cut data for sticker sheets
• Catch and fix small errors before they hit production — a missed detail in a cut file causes a real production • problem, not just a redo
• Work closely with the production and support team to keep custom sticker orders on track and true to customer specs
• Take feedback and direction well, and iterate quickly when something needs adjusting

What We're Looking For
• A strong eye for typography — you understand how letter spacing, line spacing, and composition make or break a design
• Extremely detail-oriented. The design work itself isn't hard, but this role has zero tolerance for carelessness — small mistakes in cut files are easy to make and costly to miss
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (required). We'll train you on our specific cut-file process — you don't need prior sticker/print experience, just strong Illustrator fundamentals
• A portfolio that shows clean, precise execution — we're looking for care and consistency as much as creativity
• Looking for a long-term role, not project-based or freelance work

Compensation
$7/hour to start, increasing to $8/hour after 90 days of solid performance, with yearly reviews and raises after that.

Hours
Full-time. 40 hrs/week with overlap during Pacific time business hours 11am to 7pm.
