We're looking for a sharp, curious Prompt Engineer who can turn AI tools into serious productivity multipliers for our creative and operational teams.

This isn't a "ChatGPT power user" role. We need someone who thinks in systems — someone who can engineer prompts that are replicable, scalable, and actually solve problems. If you love the craft of getting AI to do exactly what you need, we want to work with you.

What You'll Do
Design, test, and refine prompts for large language models (LLMs) including Claude, GPT-4o, and Gemini to support content creation, research, summarization, and operations workflows
Build and maintain a centralized Prompt Library — documenting, versioning, and categorizing prompts for team-wide use
Collaborate with scriptwriters, video editors, and team leads to identify AI automation opportunities and implement prompt-driven workflows
Evaluate AI output quality — assess accuracy, tone, creativity, and alignment with brand voice; iterate based on results
Create prompt templates and SOPs that non-technical tea ---------- mbers can use confidently without engineering knowledge
Test AI tools and integrations (e.g., Claude API, OpenAI API, Make/Zapier AI modules) and recommend best-fit tools for specific use cases
Stay current on LLM research and best practices — bring emerging prompting techniques (chain-of-thought, few-shot, RAG, etc.) into practical use
Support AI-assisted content quality review — build evaluation rubrics and scoring systems for automated output checks
Assist in onboarding tea ---------- mbers on AI tools and prompt usage best practices

What We're Looking For

Required:

Demonstrated experience engineering prompts for LLMs (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, or equivalent)
Strong written English — you will write prompts in English and review English-language AI output
Ability to think systematically: breaking complex tasks into clear, step-by-step AI instructions
Experience with at least one automation or AI integration tool (Make, Zapier, n8n, LangChain, or similar)
Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment with minimal supervision
Strong documentation habits — you keep records, write clear SOPs, and maintain organized files

Nice to Have:

Experience in digital media, content production, or YouTube/Patreon ecosystem
Familiarity with the Anthropic Claude API or OpenAI API (REST API calls, JSON structure)
Basic Python or JavaScript knowledge for scripting prompt workflows
Background in copywriting, scriptwriting, or content strategy
Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or vector database concepts
