JOB OVERVIEW

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Remote Senior SEO Specialist to take ownership of our organic search growth.

Our products are AI-powered content creation platforms, including products that may contain adult or explicit content. Candidates must be comfortable working with this type of content.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct keyword research and identify high-value SEO opportunities.
2. Analyze search intent, competitors, keyword difficulty, and commercial value.
3. Plan how keywords should be covered across landing pages, product pages, category pages, and blog content.
4. Optimize existing pages for rankings, traffic, and conversions.
5. Manage on-page SEO, including titles, headings, internal links, URL structure, and content optimization.
6. Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve crawling, indexing, sitemap, canonical, page speed, and other SEO issues.
7. Analyze competitor SEO strategies, rankings, content, and backlink profiles.
8. Develop and execute link-building strategies.
9. Research and identify high-quality backlink opportunities, including directories, review sites, guest posts, editorial placements, partnerships, and relevant industry websites.
10. Evaluate backlink quality based on relevance, organic traffic, DR/DA, rankings, indexing status, and spam signals.
11. Create outreach strategies and guide an SEO Outreach Assistant in website prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and backlink tracking.
12. Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, and other SEO tools.
13. Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, referring domains, conversions, and revenue.
14. Continuously identify opportunities to improve organic growth.

Requirements

1. 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
2. Strong experience with keyword research and search intent analysis.
3. Strong knowledge of on-page and technical SEO.
4. Proven experience with link building and backlink analysis.
5. Strong experience with Ahrefs and/or Semrush.
6. Experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
7. Ability to independently develop and execute SEO strategies.
8. Strong competitor analysis and analytical skills.
9. Strong written and spoken English.
10. Comfortable working with AI-generated and adult / explicit content.
11. Able to work independently in a remote environment.
12. Familiar with HTML and CSS, with the ability to understand page structure and make basic SEO-related front-end adjustments when needed.

Preferred

1. Experience with AI products, SaaS, or online generator platforms.
2. Experience with international or multilingual SEO.
3. Experience with Programmatic SEO.
4. Experience managing or working with SEO outreach assistants.

Success will be measured by improvements in high-value keyword rankings, organic traffic, quality backlinks, referring domains, organic conversions, and revenue.
