JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a skilled and dependable writer to join our team and create high-quality, long-form lore content for YouTube.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Write engaging 4,000–10,000-word scripts focused on Warhammer 40K lore
- Conduct thorough research and verify lore details before submission
- Build strong openings, smooth transitions, and engaging storytelling throughout the script
- Carefully read, proofread, and edit long-form scripts before submitting them
- Improve AI-assisted content by removing repetitive, generic, vague, or unnatural writing
- Make revisions based on feedback and follow the requested direction
- Consistently deliver at least one completed script per week
- Provide regular updates and communicate clearly about progress, questions, or delays

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience writing long-form YouTube scripts
- Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong research and fact-checking abilities
- Experience with documentary, gaming, history, mythology, or lore-based content
- Knowledge of Warhammer 40K is a strong advantage
- Ability to research and understand complex fictional universes
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted writing and improving it into natural, human-sounding content
- Able to follow detailed feedback and make revisions across an entire script
- Reliable, organized, and consistent with communication
- Comfortable reading and proofreading scripts that are seven pages or longer

IMPORTANT: This position involves working with lengthy scripts on a regular basis. You should be comfortable reading, reviewing, and proofreading long pieces of content without losing attention to detail.
