JOB OVERVIEW

GSAS Construction Group is looking for a confident, energetic Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our growing team.

Your main responsibility will be calling homeowners, having natural conversations, qualifying potential customers, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives.

What you'll be doing:

Make outbound calls to homeowners using MojoSells
Follow our provided script while keeping conversations natural
Identify interested and qualified homeowners
Schedule appointments for our sales team
Enter accurate customer information and notes into our system
Update call dispositions and follow-up information
Work consistently during U.S. Central Time business hours

What we're looking for:

Strong spoken English
Confident and comfortable speaking with U.S. homeowners
Previous cold calling or appointment-setting experience
Reliable computer, internet connection, and quality headset
Comfortable handling rejection and making a high volume of calls
Organized and able to follow a process
Roofing, construction, home-services, or insurance experience is a plus

We are building this department for the long term. There will be opportunities for increased pay, bonuses, and advancement for strong performers.
