What we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Filipino Cold Caller / Sales Appointment Setter to join our growing solar team.

You will be contacting company-generated leads who have already expressed interest in solar services. Your role is to engage prospects, understand their needs, qualify opportunities, and help move them to the next stage of the sales process.

We are looking for a confident and professional communicator with experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead qualification. Solar industry experience is highly preferred, but strong candidates with relevant phone sales experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Contact company-generated leads who have expressed interest in solar services
- Engage with prospective customers and identify their needs
- Qualify leads based on company guidelines
- Address basic questions and concerns professionally

Qualifications Required:
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
- Previous experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
- Solar sales or solar appointment-setting experience is highly preferred
- Confident and professional phone presence
- Experience handling customer questions and objections
- Comfortable speaking with North American customers
- Willing and able to work Canadian business hours
- Reliable internet connection, quality headset, and quiet work environment
- Reliable, organized, and open to coaching and feedback
