Hi, I'm Aaron. I run a fast-growing YouTube channel that teaches business and AI in plain English. I'm hiring 3 full-time long-form video editors to join the team long term. Each editor will handle at least 1 to 2 YouTube videos per week (8 to 20 minutes each), with more volume as the channel grows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Edit 1 to 2 long-form videos per week from raw talking-head footage
Source your own b-roll and screen recordings, matched to the style and subjects of our reference channels. No waiting on us for clips.
Handle full post-production: cuts, captions, motion graphics, music, sound effects, and color
Follow our written Editor SOP and hit every deadline
Adapt fast. New feedback and new styles locked in within one revision round, not five.

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years editing specifically for YouTube channels
Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, plus working After Effects for motion graphics
Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and audience retention
Good English comprehension so story edits keep their meaning
Reliable internet and a computer that can handle heavy video projects
A few hours of overlap with US Pacific time for a short weekly check-in

PAY

$50 to $150 per video depending on the quality you deliver
Full-time, long-term role. Do great work and your rate and volume grow with the channel.
