Video Editor – Shape Stories That Transform Lives

The Mission
At Inner World Training (IWT), we believe quiet leaders can change the world. We are looking for a skilled Video Editor who can transform raw footage into compelling visual stories that inspire, connect, and convert. You won't just be editing videos—you'll be crafting experiences that touch hearts and change lives across our global community.

The Role
You will be the creative force behind our visual content, working closely with our founder Hui Hui Lek and content team to produce high-quality videos for courses, social media, live events, and marketing campaigns. This is a role for someone who has a keen eye for storytelling, understands pacing and emotional flow, and takes pride in delivering polished, professional results. You'll have the freedom to bring your creative vision while staying aligned with our brand voice—authentic, humble, and powerful.

What You'll Do:
• Edit long-form course videos and short-form content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
• Transform raw footage from live events and webinars into polished, engaging content
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and effects to enhance viewer experience
• Collaborate with the content team to maintain visual consistency across all video materials
• Manage video files, organize archives, and ensure efficient workflow and storage systems
• Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Stay updated on latest video editing trends and techniques to keep our content fresh

What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, color grading, and audio synchronization
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup
• Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback
• Attention Check: We value meticulous detail. The answer to the math equation in the application form is 18 + 7 = 25.
• Experience creating content for personal brand, coaching, or spiritual development niches is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
