JOB OVERVIEW

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re Building With Systems. We build door-to-door sales teams for roofing companies across the US. You’ll be the person who d ---------- who makes it onto those teams.

This is not a screening job. You own the candidate from first text to first day on the job.

What you’ll actually do

• Post and refresh job listings on Indeed for our client roster
• Work the applicant inbox daily — every new applicant contacted within 24 hours
• Text-qualify candidates before they ever get a calendar slot (short, human, 3–4 disqualifying questions)
• Run 1-on-1 video interviews with the ones who pass — you make the yes or no
• Sell the opportunity after they qualify, not before
• Hand qualified candidates to the client and keep them warm until day one
• Keep the GHL pipeline accurate daily and send a written end-of-day update

There are no group calls in this role. Every candidate conversation is one-on-one, which means your judgment carries the whole thing.

Who this is for

You’ve sold something before and you’re good at it. You can read a person in ten minutes and know if they’ll still be there in three weeks. You’re comfortable telling someone no, and just as comfortable getting a skeptical experienced salesperson excited about a job he wasn’t looking for.

You need to be sharp on camera. Clear English, real energy, professional background. Half this job is someone d ---------- whether to trust you through a screen.

Requirements

• Strong spoken English — you’ll be on video with Americans every day
• Prior sales, recruiting, or high-volume phone/appointment experience
• Own computer, HD webcam, headset, primary internet + working backup
• Quiet, professional space with a clean background
• Able to work US Eastern hours consistently

Schedule — read this carefully

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Eastern. That is 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Manila time. This is a night shift — our candidates and clients are in the US. The rate reflects that. Please do not apply if you can’t hold these hours long-term.

Pay
• $1,000 USD/month base, paid semi-monthly (Wise or PayPal)
• $100 USD for every rep you place who stays 30+ days — no cap
• +$150 USD in any month where six or more of your placements hit 30 days

A solid month with eight retained placements is $1,950. The bonus is where the real money is, and it’s entirely in your control.

30-day probation with full training on our systems, scripts, and pipeline.
