Ultra Labs is searching for a proactive, highly organized Video Editor to support and strengthen our marketing operations across multiple projects and brands. Ultra Labs is a U.S.–based Business Incubator/Accelerator focused on software and tech-driven businesses.

We are searching for a proactive, highly organized Video Editor to support and strengthen our content and marketing operations across multiple projects and brands. This role goes beyond basic editing. You'll take ownership of our video production pipeline, ensure smooth execution across campaigns, and support data-driven storytelling for a portfolio of fast-moving businesses.

The ideal candidate is independent, detail-oriented, and highly accountable, with a strong command of video editing software, motion graphics, and content workflows. Key Responsibilities
_Video Production: Own and maintain the video editing pipeline across multiple brands, ensuring consistent quality, brand alignment, and organized asset libraries.
_Editing & Post-Production: Edit, cut, and assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media, ads, landing pages, and internal communications.
_Motion Graphics & Templates: Design, build, and continuously optimize reusable templates, lower-thirds, and motion graphics for lead nurturing content, product demos, and brand storytelling.
_Content Pipeline Management: Set up and manage video production workflows, review stages, and version control aligned with each brand's unique content process.
_Tool Integrations: Configure and manage integrations between editing software and other tools (e.g., Slack, cloud storage, asset management platforms, and other content tech solutions).
_Performance & Reporting: Track video performance metrics across marketing, sales, and social channels and translate that data into actionable editing improvements.
_Short-Form & Campaign Content: Create and manage video content for campaigns, sequences, and ad creatives that drive engagement and support funnel progression.
_Team Training & Support: Onboard tea ---------- mbers across brands to editing tools/processes and provide ongoing guidance on best practices and platform updates.
_Process Improvement: Regularly audit existing production setups, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to keep operations running at peak performance.

Requirements
_3–5 years of hands-on video editing experience across platforms like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
_Proven track record producing videos and motion content that drive real business outcomes.
_Strong understanding of video production best practices, including footage organization, color correction, and asset management.
_Experience managing video/creative tool integrations with third-party platforms via native connectors or automation tools.
_Ability to build engaging short-form and long-form content that supports strategic, data-driven marketing.
_Video editing certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Professional) are a strong plus.
_Solid understanding of content strategy for social media in a B2B or SaaS context.
_Strong creative mindset with excellent storytelling and problem-solving skills.
_Clear, confident communicator who can collaborate across multiple teams and brands simultaneously.

Nice to Have
_Experience with motion graphics tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Adobe After Effects advanced animation).
_Familiarity with HTML/CSS for interactive video/landing page customization.
_Background in digital marketing, content strategy, or social media management.
_Prior experience working within an agency, incubator, or multi-brand environment.
