JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a sharp, dependable Virtual Assistant in the Philippines to join a growing real estate and
home improvement business in the Seattle, Washington area.

This is not a position where you’ll be doing the exact same task every day.

We need someone who can think on their feet, learn quickly, figure things out, and comfortably move
between real estate support, social media, marketing, CRM work, and everyday administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with real estate marketing and listing-related tasks
- Creating and scheduling social media posts
- Basic to intermediate video editing for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Shorts/Reels
- Creating graphics and marketing materials in Canva
- Helping manage our social media accounts
- Working inside CRM and email marketing systems
- Setting up and improving workflows and automations
- Organizing leads and maintaining databases
- Online research
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and documents
- Helping build repeatable systems and processes
- General administrative support as needs come up

Real Estate Experience Is Important

We strongly prefer someone who has previously worked as a Virtual Assistant for a real estate agent,
broker, team, investor, mortgage company, or other U.S.-based real estate business.

You should understand at least some of the language and workflow surrounding:
Real estate listings
Buyers and sellers
Lead follow-up
CRMs
Real estate marketing
Property research
Transaction or listing support

You do not need to know everything. We care more about your ability to learn and solve problems than
knowing every system on day one.

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Resourceful and quick on their feet
- Comfortable figuring things out without needing every step explained
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Dependable
- A strong communicator
- Comfortable asking questions when something truly isn’t clear
- Able to research and find answers independently
- Good at following written procedures
- Interested in improving procedures when there’s a better way
- Comfortable learning new software and AI tools
- Able to manage several different types of tasks

We especially value someone who sees a problem and thinks:
“Let me see if I can figure this out.” rather than immediately waiting for instructions.
