JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an exceptional Social Media Manager with 5+ years of professional experience to take ownership of the social media presence for our growing group of 5+ retail locations.

This is not a basic posting position. We want someone who understands how to create outstanding content, grow audiences, increase engagement, build brand awareness, and actively drive results.

Responsibilities Include:
• Creating high-quality social media content
• Producing graphics, reels, short-form videos, stories, and promotional content
• Managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Building and managing content calendars
• Writing strong captions and promotional copy
• Growing followers, reach, engagement, and brand awareness
• Responding to comments and messages
• Proactive outreach to influencers, creators, businesses, and potential partners
• Identifying trends and creating relevant content quickly
• Promoting events, products, specials, and launches
• Managing social media across 5+ locations/brands
• Reviewing analytics and continuously improving performance

Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of professional social media management experience
• Strong portfolio of social media work
• Proven experience growing social media pages
• Excellent video editing and short-form content skills
• Strong graphic design and branding abilities
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands at once
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, trends, algorithms, and audience growth
• Comfortable using AI and modern content creation tools
