Able to balance customer satisfaction and protecting the business

HOURS & COMPENSATION

Additional benefits:
Retention bonuses every 3-6 months
Raises every 4-6 months when performance targets are met
Long-term opportunities for management/leadership roles
KPI-based performance bonuses
KPIs include CSAT, first response time, resolution time, escalations, and chargeback win rate.

Sample Email:
Hi,
I placed Order #SPK4519 under the name Melina Wright two weeks ago and still haven’t received anything.
Tracking has said “Held in Customs - Awaiting Clearance” for the past five days.
This is way too long. I want a full refund immediately or I’m going to chargeback.
Thanks,
Jason

Questions
1. Before responding, how would you investigate and approach this situation?
2. How would you handle the chargeback threat while keeping the customer happy and protecting the business?
3. Write the exact email you would send the customer.
4. If 15+ customers contacted you with this same issue, what would you do beyond answering each ticket?

STEP 2: Introduction Video
Selected applicants will record a 3 minute MAX video (Loom link preferred - make sure we can view it) answering these:
Why do you want this job?
What relevant experience do you have, how long were you there, and why did you leave?
