JOB OVERVIEW

Overview

We're looking for a full-time Video & Static Image Ad Editor to join our growing jewelry ecommerce brand.
Your primary responsibility will be turning creative ideas into high-converting video ads and static image ads. You'll receive detailed briefs from our Creative Strategist and be responsible for bringing those concepts to life while following instructions closely.

Responsibilities

- Edit video ads for Meta/Instagram
- Create static image ads for Meta/Instagram
- Create AI UGC and AI-generated video ads using modern AI tools.
- Follow detailed creative briefs and instructions from our Creative Strategist.
- Deliver multiple batches of creatives each week.
- Make revisions when needed to ensure the final creative matches the brief.

What We're Looking For

- Strong experience editing both video ads and static image ads for ecommerce brands.
- Strong experience creating AI UGC and AI-generated ecommerce ads.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, and other modern AI creative tools.
- Experience creating high-converting direct response advertising.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to closely follow creative instructions.
- Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Comfortable handling multiple projects each week.

Workload

You'll typically create around 2 concepts per week, but during busier periods this may increase to up to 5 concepts per week.
For us, one concept means:

1) 1 creative idea
2) 3 slight variations (different hooks, text, headlines, etc.)

Compensation

- Compensation is open to discussion.

- Our preference is to pay per completed concept rather than hourly.

- We also require reasonable revisions at no additional cost, as long as they're minor adjustments or needed because the original instructions weren't followed correctly.
