JOB OVERVIEW

Amazon Account Manager | Client-Facing | PPC + Catalog Management
Peak ROAS | Remote | Full-Time

ABOUT PEAK ROAS

Peak ROAS is a full-service Amazon growth agency helping established brands improve profitability and performance across the Amazon marketplace.

We manage more than advertising. Our team works across Amazon PPC, catalog management, listing optimization, promotions, inventory strategy, and overall marketplace growth.

We are a systems-driven company that uses proprietary software, automation, and AI to help our team work more efficiently and make better decisions.

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager who combines strong hands-on Amazon expertise with excellent client communication.

THE ROLE

This is a client-facing and hands-on Amazon management position.

You will help manage the day-to-day performance of multiple Amazon accounts while serving as a primary point of contact for your assigned clients.

You must be comfortable speaking directly with U.S. business owners, executives, and eCommerce teams through video calls, email, and chat.

You will be expected to understand what is happening within each account, identify opportunities and problems, recommend actions, and clearly explain the strategy to the client.

We are not looking for someone who simply completes tasks behind the scenes. We want someone who can take ownership of an Amazon account and confidently communicate with the client about it.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

* 3+ years of hands-on Amazon account management experience
* Strong direct Amazon PPC management experience
* Experience managing multiple Amazon accounts simultaneously
* Strong knowledge of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
* Hands-on experience using Amazon Ads bulk files
* Strong Amazon catalog and listing management experience
* Experience with parent/child variations and category flat files
* Strong Google Sheets and/or Excel skills
* Experience working with advertising automation or rules-based systems
* Strong practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Comfortable leading professional client video calls in English
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Able to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership of results

Amazon agency experience managing multiple client accounts is strongly preferred.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

CLIENT & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

* Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned Peak ROAS clients
* Lead regular client video calls and performance discussions
* Explain performance, challenges, opportunities, strategy, and next steps clearly
* Respond professionally and promptly to client emails and messages
* Proactively communicate problems rather than waiting for clients to discover them
* Track client requests and ensure commitments are completed
* Manage expectations and build strong client relationships through competence and follow-through

AMAZON ADVERTISING | APPROXIMATELY 50%

Manage Amazon PPC across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, including:

* Campaign structure and optimization
* Bids, targeting, search terms, and negative keywords
* Search-term harvesting and target promotion
* Budgets and placements
* Amazon Ads bulk files
* ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CPC, CVR, and other performance metrics
* Advertising strategy based on inventory, promotions, ranking goals, and business objectives

You will also work within Peak ROAS proprietary campaign management tools and automations.

CATALOG & LISTING MANAGEMENT | APPROXIMATELY 40%

* Manage parent/child variation structures
* Work with Amazon category flat files
* Resolve suppressed, inactive, stranded, or incorrectly configured listings
* Work with Seller Support to resolve catalog issues
* Optimize titles, bullets, backend search terms, and listing attributes
* Identify conversion opportunities
* Coordinate listing copy and creative recommendations
* Troubleshoot catalog issues affecting advertising or sales

DEALS, PROMOTIONS & INVENTORY | APPROXIMATELY 10%

* Coordinate Amazon deals, coupons, and promotions
* Align promotions with advertising strategy
* Monitor inventory levels and days of supply
* Identify potential stockout risks
* Adjust advertising strategy based on inventory availability
* Communicate inventory concerns and recommendations to clients

AI, AUTOMATION & SYSTEMS

AI should already be part of how you work, not something you are just beginning to learn.

You should be comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI platforms to improve:

* Data and search-term analysis
* Keyword classification
* Listing optimization
* Research
* Spreadsheet work
* Problem solving
* Client communication preparation
* Workflow efficiency

You must also understand that AI output needs to be reviewed and validated before it is implemented.

Peak ROAS has developed internal automations and SaaS tools to improve campaign management and account analysis. You must be comfortable learning and working within structured systems and processes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You may be a strong fit if you:

* Understand Amazon deeply enough to explain why something is happening, not simply report numbers
* Are comfortable taking ownership of client relationships
* Communicate problems proactively
* Can confidently discuss both positive and negative performance with clients
* Think analytically and solve problems independently
* Can move comfortably between PPC, catalog, listings, promotions, and inventory
* Use systems, automation, and AI to make yourself more effective
* Follow established processes while identifying opportunities to improve them
* Take accountability for your work and follow through on commitments

Strong Amazon technical skills without strong client communication skills will not be sufficient for this position.

SCHEDULE

This is a full-time remote position.

You must be consistently available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time for client communication, internal collaboration, email, chat, and video meetings.

For candidates located in the Philippines, please understand that this is an overnight work schedule.

COMPENSATION

Compensation will depend on your experience, Amazon expertise, and demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships.

We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position with the opportunity to grow into greater account ownership and responsibility.

HOW TO APPLY

Begin your application with the words: PEAK CLIENT MANAGER

Please answer the following questions:

1. How many years have you worked directly managing Amazon accounts?

2. What is the largest number of Amazon accounts you have managed at the same time?

3. Briefly describe your experience with Amazon PPC bulk files.

4. Briefly describe one difficult Amazon catalog or listing problem you personally solved.

5. What AI tools do you currently use, and how do you use them in your Amazon work?

6. Include a link to a 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and briefly explaining your Amazon experience as if you were speaking to a client.

Please use at least 10 Apply Points when applying.

Applicants who do not begin their application with “PEAK CLIENT MANAGER,” answer all six questions, and use at least 10 Apply Points will not be considered.

Shortlisted candidates will move through a structured evaluation process designed to assess Amazon advertising knowledge, catalog experience, analytical thinking, communication ability, and overall account-management readiness.

Because this is a client-facing position, candidates who advance should expect the interview process to include a live conversation evaluating their ability to clearly explain Amazon strategy and account performance.
