JOB OVERVIEW

Real Estate Acquisitions Rep - USA Market (Wholesaling)

We are a real estate wholesaling company looking for an experienced Acquisitions Rep to call motivated seller leads across the USA, handle objections, and get sellers under contract. Pay increases based on performance.

Responsibilities
- Call motivated seller leads (cold and warm) across the US
- Follow our scripts and sales process
- Build rapport and trust quickly on the phone
- Handle objections confidently and keep control of the call
- Log all calls and notes accurately in our CRM
- Follow up consistently with leads who are not ready yet
- Negotiate price and terms within given guidelines
- Get sellers to sign purchase agreements

Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or phone sales
- Good at handling objections and staying in control of the call
- Strong English communication, clear tonality and confidence
- Comfortable with high call volume and rejection
- Disciplined with CRM usage and follow-ups
- Coachable, willing to follow our scripts and process
- Reliable internet and a good headset
- Available during US business hours

Pay
