About Us
We ---------- a growing men's fashion tiktok page focused on outfit inspiration — flat-lay carousels that break down looks for different occasions and situations. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented freelancer to help us post consistently, every day.

What You'll Do
You'll take inspiration from a list of reference pages we give you and turn their outfit ideas into original carousels for our brand — same style of layout, refreshed pieces, posted on schedule.

Daily steps:

1. Check the pages — Look at the list of reference pages we give you. Find the video/carousel ideas that are doing well right now.
2. Download the slides — Use snaptik.app to download the slides in high quality.
3. Upload to Canva — Upload the slides into Canva. Name the file with the concept name + post number (example: "streetwear-fit_#1" = the first post you ever made for that concept).
4. Change 1-2 pieces per outfit — For each slide, change 1 or 2 pieces of the outfit so it's not the same as the original.
- Before you post it, check every item for logos, tags, or brand names.
- This is to make sure no piece is from a brand on our ban list.
- If you find a banned brand, replace that piece with something else.
- Do not post anything until you've checked this.
5. Make a thumbnail — Make a thumbnail similar to the competitor's, using an image from Pinterest.
6. Upload and schedule to Buffer, our posting tool.

Requirements
- Is ready to work 8 hours a day and dedicate all their attention to this job
- Can post create atleast 8 posts per day.
- Good eye for men's fashion and styling
- Knows Canva (or willing to learn our template)
- Organized — can follow file naming and steps exactly
- Detail-oriented — able to check every item for logos/brand names carefully
- Can work independently after training
- Knows Buffer (or similar scheduling tool) — a plus, not required

- Bonus: Any posts published beyond the daily minimum of 8 count toward a monthly performance bonus

How to Apply
To apply, please check out the outfit layouts on our TikTok page ( ---------- ) first to get a feel for our style. Then build 2 outfit carousels similar to our style and send them along with your application. This helps us see how well you can match our look before we move forward.

We'll provide full training on our Canva templates, reference page list, and brand ban list once onboarded.
