JOB OVERVIEW

The Role
We are searching for a number of freelance video editors who can produce social video ads end to end: generating footage and assets with AI video platforms (Higgsfield, Kling, Veo and similar), and editing them into finished vertical ads for TikTok and Instagram, complete with captions, on-screen text, sound effects and music. You will work from an approved script, an editor brief and a set of references on every job. Confident daily use of video generation models is central to the role, as well as creative judgement. The brief sets the direction, and you bring the ideas, taste and craft that make the ad worth watching.

*** Outstanding editors can earn $500 - $1000 USD+ a week!

About Us
We are a UK-based production agency creating social video ads for consumer brands, including well-known names in beauty, wellness, sport and consumer goods.

Main Responsibilities
- Editing paid social video ads from our scripts and editor briefs.
- Generating A-roll and B-roll using AI video platforms, following our prompts and art direction.
- Adding native-style captions, on-screen text, sound design and music to brief.
- Understanding the technicals of production and delivering based on video specifications
- Following briefs exactly and delivering on time, every time.
- Revising edits based on feedback, quickly and without drama.

Essential Requirements:
You must have skills in all of the following. If you do not have these skills, you will not be considered.

- AI video generation. You use AI video tools as a core part of your workflow including Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2, Kling 3.0, Gemini Omni, ElevenLabs, Suno, Seedance 2.5). You understand image-to-video, keyframes and prompting fundamentals.

- Social-native editing. You understand paid social on TikTok and Instagram: pacing, hooks, native captions, and what makes an ad feel at home in the feed.

- Editing craft. Strong direct editing skills in Premiere Pro, and the discipline to work to deadlines.

- Creativity. You bring ideas and taste to every edit, not just execution.

- Native-level English. You understand a brief first time, and your on-screen text is flawless. Bonus points if you can understand different english accents (American, English, Australian etc)

- Speedy Communication. You are very communicative: fast replies during working hours, active on Slack and WhatsApp every day, with at least 2 hours of overlap with the UK morning (approximately 4:00pm to 6:00pm Philippine Time).
Reliability. You follow briefs, work fast, and deliver on time without being chased.

Desirable
- Experience editing paid social ads for e-commerce or DTC brands.
- An understanding of the paid advertising concepts
- Problem solving skills

What We Offer

- Per-video pay with no ceiling:
You are paid per approved video, not per hour. The more quality work you deliver, the more you earn, and there is no cap. Fast turnarounds on approved work earn bonuses on top.
Strong performers can receive several videos per week and priority on new briefs with potential to earn $1000+ per week

- Well-known brands:
Your ads will run on some globally recognised brand channels

- Genuinely Creative work:
This is a truly creative role where you will use the best AI video models in the industry, at the frontier of where advertising is going. If you love this technology, and want to work in a frontier sector, this is a role where you get paid to be great at it.

- Opportunity to grow. We are scaling, and the editors who prove themselves get more volume, higher-value productions and a bigger roles, responsibility and earning potential as we expand.

- Assistance along the way. Scripts, briefs, reference videos, art direction and structured feedback are all supplied on every job. You focus on the edit.

How to Apply
Answer these four questions and provide the requested links below:

1. Which AI tools, models and platforms do you use regularly?
2. Which tools or models do you prefer for A-roll (people talking to camera) versus B-roll (products, environments, action), and why?
3. How would you create a highly realistic human avatar with AI? Which models currently give the most human-like results?
4. What is the most common giveaway that a shot is AI-generated, and how do you fix it in your own work?

Please also provide at least two or three links to past work, including paid social ads you have produced. Links must open without login or access requirements
