Company Overview
We are a fast-growing, multi-pillar personal brand and business built around a rising artist and entrepreneur. The ecosystem spans music, dance and performance, health and wellness services, and a broader community and lifestyle brand that ties everything together. What began as a small creative operation is now being rebuilt into a properly structured, professionally run company. The core team is intentionally small, trusted, and given real ownership over their function rather than a list of daily tasks handed down from above. As the company scales, this team is expected to scale with it, both in title and in responsibility.

About the Role
This role owns the full relationship between the brand and the people who engage with it, from a first inquiry through long-term retention, and it owns how the brand is perceived and protected in public at the same time. This is a combined client success, community management, and public relations role. You are the person who keeps clients satisfied and coming back, the person who keeps the community engaged and heard, and the person who steps in first when a sensitive or high-visibility situation needs a calm, professional response. This role requires sound judgment under pressure and the ability to act without waiting for step-by-step direction.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end client experience, from first response through post-service follow-up and retention.
- Manage public relations matters, including drafting and coordinating responses to sensitive or high-visibility public situations.
- Lead crisis communication when a PR issue, controversy, or negative situation arises: rapid response, correct tone, and clear escalation.
- Monitor community and audience sentiment across all platforms and flag emerging issues before they escalate.
- Manage the community: respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries within defined response time standards.
- Resolve conflicts within the community and with individual clients directly, calmly, and professionally, protecting brand reputation at every step.
- Collect and organize user-generated content for use in marketing and social proof.
- Plan and run community events and live engagement: livestreams, Q&As, and meetups, virtual or in person.
- Track and report on client satisfaction, retention, and community sentiment trends.
- Build and maintain a client feedback loop that feeds directly back into service and content improvements.
- Develop and maintain response playbooks for common inquiries, complaints, and PR situations.
- Coordinate directly with the growth and marketing strategist so community sentiment and PR reality are reflected accurately in outward-facing content.

Requirements
- Proven experience in client success, community management, or public relations, ideally more than one of the three.
- A demonstrated ability to handle a sensitive or high-pressure situation calmly and professionally; be ready to describe a real example in your application or interview.
- Strong written English, with the ability to adjust tone for different audiences and different situations.
- Comfortable making judgment calls on community and PR matters without needing every decision pre-approved.
- Experience with CRM or lead management tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and availability for occasional live or time-sensitive engagement.

Preferred, Not Required
- Experience in health and wellness, entertainment, music, or a personal brand or influencer environment.
- Experience running or supporting live events.
- Experience developing crisis communication protocols.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel.

How to Apply
1. Follow the steps below in order. Applications that skip any step will not be reviewed.
2. Start your application with the word RAINBOW, written exactly as shown, to confirm you read the full posting.
3. State your salary expectation and your availability to start. We are hiring for this role as soon as possible, so early availability is a strong advantage.
4. Include a shareable link to your portfolio or resume that shows real results and data, specifically in community management or client success, along with any PR, crisis response, or event work you can show.
5. Answer this situational question in your own words: A regular client posts an angry public comment accusing the brand of ignoring a booking request for over a week. Walk through exactly what you would do first, what you would say publicly versus privately, and what you would put in place so it does not happen again.

If your application shows a strong fit, you will be scheduled for an interview. Applications that do not follow the steps above will not move forward, and access to any of our systems will not be granted.
