JOB OVERVIEW

Digital Marketing, Communications & Website Coordinator (Part-Time)

Flawed BUT Favored LLC is seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Digital Marketing, Communications & Website Coordinator to help build and manage our growing brands.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys content creation, branding, digital marketing, and helping businesses grow from the ground up.

Primary Responsibilities

- Edit and repurpose short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Create engaging graphics using Canva or similar design software.
- Write captions, social media posts, and marketing content that align with each brand's voice.
- Develop and manage a content calendar across multiple brands.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages when appropriate.
- Organize and maintain digital media libraries.
- Build, update, and maintain company websites.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms.
- Track social media analytics and recommend strategies for growth.

Required Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Strong video editing skills.
- Experience creating graphics using Canva or similar software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Reliable internet connection and computer.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building or maintaining websites (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Photography or graphic design experience.
- Experience working remotely.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is dependable, creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to help build multiple brands from the ground up. The ideal candidate enjoys taking initiative, learning new skills, and contributing ideas that help the company grow.

Position Type: Part-Time (10 hours per week)

Compensation: Starting at $250 USD per month during the initial 30 day trial period, with opportunities for increased responsibilities and compensation based on performance.
