JOB OVERVIEW

Briggs Fire & Security is looking for an experienced Recruiter / Head Hunter to join our team and take ownership of hiring engineers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage a LinkedIn profile and actively head hunt engineers across the UK
- Post and manage job ads on Indeed, our company website, and our Facebook page
- Post recruitment content and job openings on LinkedIn
- Create and post content on TikTok, Instagram, and in relevant Facebook groups to attract candidates
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Manage the full recruitment pipeline from sourcing to hire

Requirements:
- Proven experience in interviewing and recruitment
- Experience head hunting and sourcing candidates online
- Comfortable managing job ads across multiple platforms (Indeed, company website, Facebook)
- Skilled in creating and posting content on social media (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook groups)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Self-motivated and able to work independently

Compensation:
- $750 per month
- Plus $100 bonus for each successful hire
