AI CINEMATIC PRODUCER & VIDEO EDITOR — FEATURE FILM
I am looking for an unusually creative AI cinematic producer and video editor to help me complete an inspirational feature-length film combining original music, narration, cinematic storytelling, faith and neuroscience.
This is not a conventional social-media video editing position.
Much of the film has already been created. The narration, original songs, creative architecture and detailed cinematic direction are substantially complete.
I now need someone who can take that direction and turn it into emotionally believable, feature-film-quality visual storytelling.
Beautiful AI images are not enough.
I am looking for someone who understands story, emotion, human behavior, pacing and cinema—and who also happens to be highly skilled with today's AI video technology.
You should be experienced with:
• AI cinematic video generation
• professional video editing
• realistic human movement and behavior
• visual storytelling and emotional pacing
• maintaining continuity between scenes
• synchronization of narration, music and visuals
• creating realistic everyday-life scenes rather than obvious AI clichés
• knowing when a shot should breathe rather than cutting rapidly
• improving a creative concept when you see a better way to execute it
Experience with current AI video platforms such as Veo, Kling, Runway, Seedance, Higgsfield or comparable tools is highly desirable.
Professional experience with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or comparable editing software is also important.
THE PROJECT
The film is well advanced. You will not be starting from zero.
Your initial responsibility will be to help complete the remaining sequences and then work with me to elevate selected earlier scenes to the visual standard the film has now reached.
I want someone who can follow established creative direction without being afraid to contribute a better idea.
If you believe one of my visual concepts can be improved, I want to hear why—and I want to see what you would do instead.
RELIABILITY MATTERS
Creative ability is essential, but so are communication and dependability.
If you encounter a problem, become overloaded or believe a deadline is at risk, I expect you to communicate early. I would much rather hear about a problem while we can solve it than discover it after a deadline.
AFTER THE FILM
I am interested in building a longer-term relationship with the right person.
After the feature film is completed, there will be ongoing creative and digital-production work available across several AI-driven businesses.
Depending upon your skills and interests, this may include:
• creating and editing video content
• producing AI-assisted presentations and PowerPoint/Canva materials
• creating visual assets for marketing campaigns
• assisting with landing pages and other digital content
• basic management of company websites and domains
• occasional deployment of completed
• other AI-assisted creative production
You do not need to be an expert in every one of these areas.
My priority in this hire is exceptional cinematic and creative ability. However, candidates who can also comfortably handle some of these ongoing digital-production responsibilities will have an opportunity for a longer-term position after the film is completed.
US $900–$1,300/month depending upon demonstrated capability, experience and availability.
