JOB OVERVIEW

***International VA experience is required (working for U.S. or international client as their VA). Please DO NOT apply if you don't have this experience.

***Experience working with supplements space or similar client before isn't required, but a plus so make sure to mention it (if you genuinely have it).

***Experience working with an e-comm client before isn't required, but a plus so make sure to mention it.

The role:
E-commerce / dietary supplement manufacturing business in the U.S. is looking for a VA to help with:

1. Customer service — mostly email, through Shopify + Gorgias (helpdesk that integrates with Shopify). Tracking orders, missed shipments, scheduling reshipments, discount code issues, etc.
2. QuickBooks — invoicing customers, entering purchase orders, general bookkeeping (doesn't need to be an expert, just trainable)
3. Freight/shipping coordination — scheduling shipments from raw material vendors, managing freight logistics for supplement manufacturing
4. Social media comment responses — replying to comments on YouTube/social channels
5. Other general admin tasks as needed





Details:
-Work from home
-$5/hour
-Mon-Fri 40 hours
-7am-3pm Pacific (10pm-6am Philippines time)
