Job Title: Agency Operations & CRM Specialist (Farmers APEX / Salesforce Expert)????
Role Overview:
Are you a Salesforce CRM power user who knows how to turn a database into a revenue-generating machine?
We are seeking an Agency Operations & CRM Specialist to take total ownership of our Farmers APEX Growth Platform. In this role, you will not just input data; you will fully unleash APEX’s automation, tracking, pipeline management, and Einstein AI capabilities to optimize our sales funnel and scale agency retention.????
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Management: Build, monitor, and cleanup active lead pipelines to maximize producer efficiency.
- Automation Workflow: Set up advanced tasks, triggers, email cadences, and follow-up sequences.
- Data & Analytics: Design custom dashboards to track agency Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
- Cross-Sell Management: Leverage smart data views to identify cross-sell opportunities (e.g., Home to Umbrella/Auto).
- Retention Campaigns: Automate the Friendly Foremost Renewal (FFR) process and missed quote recaptures.
- Team Training: Standardize agency utilization of APEX and ensure accurate team data hygiene.?????
Qualifications & Requirements
- Platform Experience: Minimum 2–23 years of hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM (experience with Farmers APEX is highly preferred).
- Insurance Savvy: Deep understanding of the insurance sales cycle, prospecting, and client retention tactics.
- Technical Mindset: Ability to configure filters, generate deep reports, and manage lead lists seamlessly.
- Security Conscious: Strict adherence to data privacy protocols and secure customer relationship handling.
