JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a talented, reliable designer to help complete and maintain the visual branding for my luxury real estate business in North Dallas, Texas.

This is NOT a typical real estate website.

The visual direction has already been developed. The brand is sophisticated, architectural, elegant and minimal, using predominantly black, white and restrained gold.

I need someone who can take an established creative direction and execute it beautifully and consistently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete and refine my existing real estate website
• Create and update website pages as needed
• Design a high-end luxury listing presentation/packet
• Create property brochures and pamphlets
• Design flyers and marketing materials
• Produce polished branded PDFs and presentation materials
• Maintain consistent fonts, colors, spacing and visual identity across everything
• Properly size and prepare images for web and print
• Make revisions efficiently without needing extensive supervision

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR

You must have a strong eye for sophisticated, high-end design.

My aesthetic is closer to luxury architecture, fashion and hospitality than traditional real estate marketing.

Think: elegant editorial design, beautiful architecture, dramatic photography, generous spacing, black/white/gold and understated luxury.

I do NOT want generic real estate templates, cluttered pages, excessive graphics or the typical blue-and-white corporate real estate look.

IMPORTANT

This position is primarily WEBSITE + GRAPHIC DESIGN.

It is NOT a video-editing position.

I already have the website structure, much of the copy, brand direction, imagery and concept established. I need someone capable of taking those elements and bringing the project to completion.
