What You'll Be Doing
Designing high-converting static ads for
Creating multiple variations of winning ads for A/B testing (different hooks, angles, and layouts)
Designing product images, banners,
Working from creative briefs, reference ads, and performance feedback
Guarding brand consistency across all creatives
Delivering high-quality work fast, with strong attention to detail
What We're Looking For
2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally with e-commerce or direct-response ads
A strong portfolio that includes static ads (required — applications without a portfolio will not be considered)
Expert level in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator; Figma or Canva is a plus
You understand what makes an ad convert: strong hooks, clear benefits, social proof, and readable visual hierarchy
Good written English and a reliable internet connection
Proactive, coachable, and able to handle feedback and deadlines
