JOB OVERVIEW

# AI Video Ad Creator + CapCut Video Editor | Full-Time, Long-Term

We are looking for a full-time AI Video Ad Creator and Video Editor to join our team long-term.

This role is focused on creating short-form video advertisements for a skincare brand using a combination of AI video generation and traditional video editing.

You will be trained on our specific workflow using Google Flow, Nano Banana, Google Omni/Veo, ChatGPT, and CapCut.

You do NOT need to already know our exact AI workflow.

You DO need to have strong visual judgment, be comfortable learning new AI tools, follow detailed creative direction well, and have experience editing short-form videos.


## SALARY

Salary: $900 to $1,100+ USD/month depending on experience and performance. Base salary plus performance and creative bonuses.

## WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

For each video ad, you will usually receive:

* A completed script
* An example/reference advertisement
* A character reference image
* Clothing or visual references
* Direction for the tone and style of the ad

Your job will be to turn those materials into a completed video advertisement.

The workflow will include:

1. Studying the reference ad and d ---------- how to recreate its scenes with our character.
2. Creating starting/reference frames using Google Nano Banana.
3. Using our ChatGPT prompting workflow to create prompts for Google Omni/Veo.
4. Generating multiple AI video clips in Google Flow.
5. Reviewing generations and selecting the strongest takes.
6. Regenerating or adjusting scenes when the AI output does not look right.
7. Keeping characters, clothing, lighting, and environments consistent between scenes.
8. Combining the scenes into a complete advertisement.
9. Editing and finishing advertisements in CapCut.
10. Adding captions, music, sound effects, B-roll, pacing changes, and other finishing touches when required.

## WHAT WE CARE ABOUT

The biggest thing we care about is your ability to look at a reference and produce something that feels similar in quality, pacing, framing, and overall style.

You should be able to recognize problems such as:

* A character's face changing between scenes
* Unrealistic or overly smooth AI skin
* Awkward body movement
* Strange facial expressions
* Unnatural camera movement
* Poor framing
* Dialogue that sounds too slow or unnatural
* Scenes that do not match the reference ad

We do not expect every AI generation to work perfectly.

We DO expect you to recognize when something is wrong, troubleshoot it, and try another approach rather than simply using a bad generation.

## WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You may be a strong fit if:

* You have experience editing videos in CapCut or similar software.
* You understand short-form social media video pacing.
* You have good visual taste.
* You are comfortable experimenting with AI tools.
* You learn software quickly.
* You can follow detailed instructions.
* You are patient enough to regenerate scenes until they are right.
* You can work independently instead of asking for instructions for every small decision.
* You are organized with files and project versions.
* You communicate clearly when something is blocked or unclear.
* You are interested in AI video generation and want to become very good at it.

Experience with Google Flow, Veo, Nano Banana, Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, or similar AI creative tools is a major plus, but it is not required.

## TRAINING

You will receive training on our process.

We have a repeatable workflow for:

* Breaking reference ads into scenes
* Creating starting images
* Maintaining consistent AI characters
* Prompting AI video
* Choosing clip lengths
* Generating realistic dialogue
* Selecting the best generations
* Troubleshooting bad outputs
* Building complete ads
* Editing the final video

You will also receive examples of completed work so you can learn what we consider good and bad output.

The goal is for you to eventually be able to receive a script and reference ad and independently turn them into a finished advertisement.

* Based in the Philippines
* Stable ongoing workload

This is not a temporary freelance project. We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our creative production process long-term.

## HIRING PROCESS

Applicants who appear to be a strong fit will be invited to complete a practical test project.

For the test, we will provide:

* A script
* A reference advertisement
* A character reference
* Written instructions
* A Loom training video showing the process

You will use our workflow to create several AI-generated video scenes.

We are primarily evaluating:

* How well you follow instructions
* Visual judgment
* Character consistency
* Realism
* Ability to match the reference
* Troubleshooting ability
* Organization
* Communication

The test is designed to show you the actual type of work you would be doing if hired.
