JOB OVERVIEW

We are a UK based lead generation company working with franchise brands across the United States. We generate enquiries from people who are actively looking to invest in and own a franchise business. Your job is to call those people, ask a few simple qualifying questions, and book them into a scheduled appointment with our sales team or the franchise brand's own team.

These are warm inbound leads. They have already filled in a form and asked for information. This is not cold calling.

What you will be doing:

- Calling new leads within minutes of them coming in, plus following up on older leads

- Asking 4 to 5 short qualifying questions from a script (timeline, available capital, location, background)

- Booking qualified people into a calendar slot

- Logging every call outcome and notes in our CRM (GoHighLevel)

- Chasing no shows and rescheduling them

Working hours:

Must be able to work in US Eastern Time working hours.

36 hours per week. We would prefer someone who can work Monday to Saturday, as Saturdays convert well for this type of lead.

What we are looking for

- Experience in outbound calling or phone appointment setting on US accounts

- Clear, neutral spoken English. Our leads are US based professionals aged 30 to 65 who are considering investing significant money into a business

- Confident on the phone, polite and friendly, comfortable making 30 - 50 dials a day

- Reliable internet, a quiet working space and a high-quality headset

- Experience with using a CRM. GoHighLevel experience is a bonus, but we will train you

What we offer:

- $1,500 USD per month, paid monthly

- Performance bonus per booked appointment that shows up

- Long term, stable role. We are growing and want someone to stay with us

- Full training, scripts and objection handling provided

- Confirm you can work US Eastern time zones, Monday to Saturday.
