We are looking for an exceptional, highly experienced Graphic Designer who can handle almost any design project we put in front of them. This is NOT an entry-level position.
We are not looking for someone who only makes social media posts, logos, or basic T-shirt graphics.
We need a serious professional who can move from:
Dye Sublimation Apparel ? Vehicle Wraps ? T-Shirts ? Business Cards ? Brochures ? Signs ? Banners ? Marketing Materials ? Print Production
…and do all of it at a very high level.

Adobe Illustrator — EXPERT LEVEL REQUIRED - Illustrator is extremely important in our production environment.
You should be able to work quickly using:

SUBLIMATION EXPERIENCE
Professional dye sublimation apparel experience is strongly preferred.

We are not looking for someone who takes all day to complete a basic project.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
Create original graphic designs
Design sublimated apparel
Design T-shirts
Create vehicle wraps
Design signs and banners
Design commercial print materials
Create branded marketing materials
Build customer proofs and mockups
Prepare production-ready artwork
Recreate or clean up customer artwork
Make revisions quickly
Follow templates and production specifications
Collaborate with our creative and production teams
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Maintain organized files
Meet deadlines
Maintain a high standard of design quality
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years professional graphic design experience
Expert Adobe Illustrator skills
Strong Photoshop skills

Professional print-production knowledge
