JOB OVERVIEW

Fashion/Apparel Designer — Groundid (Natural Fiber Activewear)

We're looking for a designer to help bring Groundid to life: a new activewear brand built on natural fibers, zero plastic against the skin, and a minimalist, smart-casual aesthetic for people serious about their health. Think simple, well-made basics (shorts, vests, joggers, gym sets, leggings), not flashy or trend-driven.

What you'll be doing: designing our first product line from concept to production-ready files, working closely with us through revisions until each piece is finished and manufacturer-ready.

Requirements

Portfolio showing previous design work is required. Experience specifically in activewear or gymwear is a strong plus, but not mandatory if your portfolio shows strong technical apparel design elsewhere.

Ability to produce complete techpacks (specs, construction details, materials, stitching, measurements) ready to hand to a manufacturer.

Ability to produce design mockups/renders for each piece so we can review look and fit before production.

Ability to build size charts appropriate for activewear fit (men's and women's).

Comfortable doing multiple rounds of revisions until we're both happy with the finished product, not just a single draft handoff.
