Content & Growth Operator for a Men’s Personal Development Brand

We are looking for a high-agency content and growth operator to help develop a mission-driven brand focused on helping men overcome destructive habits, develop discipline and build better lives.

This is not a basic video-editing position.

We need someone who can take a long-form YouTube video, understand the deeper message and independently determine how it should be distributed across multiple channels.

Your work may include:

* Identifying the strongest ideas, stories and ---------- nts inside long-form content
* Selecting clips and writing strong hooks
* Editing or coordinating short-form videos
* Turning one video into posts, emails and other useful content
* Publishing across appropriate social platforms
* Developing lead magnets and simple audience journeys
* Helping move interested people from content into free resources, email lists or paid programs
* Conducting respectful outreach to aligned creators, communities, podcasts and potential partners
* Tracking what is working and recommending what should happen next

We do not want someone who waits for a detailed task list every day. We want someone who studies the mission, uses good judgment, notices opportunities and brings forward ideas.

You may be a good fit if you:

* Have worked with a founder-led, educational or personal-development brand
* Understand content strategy in addition to editing
* Can explain why a piece of content should be created
* Write clearly and naturally in English
* Are comfortable working with sensitive subjects such as pornography, addiction, discipline and men’s mental health
* Can use AI thoughtfully without producing generic AI content
* Can organize your work and operate without constant supervision
* Care about outcomes, not just completing assigned tasks

This will begin as a small paid test. The test will use one existing YouTube video. You will be asked to analyze it and create a practical distribution campaign around it.

There may be an ongoing part-time position for the right person, with hourly compensation and performance-based bonuses as the role develops.

This is a full-time position with a starting base of PHP 60,000 per month after a successful paid trial. Strong performance will be rewarded through raises and clearly defined bonuses. Someone who takes ownership and helps create measurable growth can earn PHP 100,000 per month or more as the role develops.
