JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive **Sales & Operations Assistant** to support our growing business. The primary focus of this role will be **sales and lead follow-up**, including contacting prospective clients, following up with leads, making outbound calls, and helping move prospects through the sales process. The role will also assist with day-to-day operations, including **client communication, scheduling, appointment coordination, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and general administrative tasks**. The ideal candidate is an excellent English communicator, comfortable speaking with clients by phone, highly organized, responsive, and able to work independently while providing a professional and friendly client experience.

* Able to work independently and take initiative
* Experience with scheduling, customer service, sales support, or virtual assistance preferred
* Available during some U.S. Eastern Time business hours

**Part-time:** Approximately 15–20 hours/week with potential to grow.
