VA: Sales & Booking Coordinator at ModernHaus Cleaners

Part-Time, Weekends (Sat–Sun) — Graveyard Shift
$7–$9 CAD/hr, with clear path to full-time based on performance

ABOUT US
ModernHaus Cleaners is a premium residential cleaning company serving Oakville, Burlington, and Milton, in Canada. We win business because we respond fast, sound professional, and show up local.

THE ROLE
-You'll be the first response our leads and clients get on Saturdays and Sundays. The days our owners are offline with family and our phones and lead inboxes cannot go unanswered. This is a high-accountability, high-visibility role with a fast track to full-time for the right person.
**This is not a general admin role. We are hiring specifically for speed and quality of client-facing communication.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Respond to Google Local Services Ads (LSA) message leads within 10 minutes, 90%+ of the time
- Answer inbound calls live — target 95%+ call-answer rate; any missed call gets a callback within 10 minutes and a same-day resolution
- Convert leads into booked cleans using our call/message scripts
- Convert one-time cleans into recurring cleans by following up on pending quotes and past clients to keep the pipeline moving
- Coordinate scheduling and booking confirmations in our systems (BookingKoala, GoHighLevel)
- Flag anything you can't resolve immediately — we'd rather you escalate than guess

SCHEDULE
Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 8pm Eastern Time
- Starts part-time; strong performers move to full-time within the first month
- Full-time criteria: leads closed, response-time consistency, and client communication quality (including follow-up to confirm satisfaction post-clean)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Prior overnight/graveyard shift experience required (BPO, call center, or similar)
- Schedule is non-negotiable; we need someone who already knows how to stay sharp on overnight shifts
- Clear, neutral spoken English that's easily understood by North American clients — we will assess this through your voice recording and a live call
- Fast, confident written communication — no long response gaps
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and strong preference for experience with BookingKoala and GoHighLevel
- Self-directed — you will often be the only person covering the business in real time
- Looking for a long-term role, not a short contract
