Part-Time Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — Remote, 4 hrs/day

Flowgent AI, an AI automation agency for B2B companies, is looking for a part-time cold caller to book appointments. You'll call business owners from lists we provide, deliver our pitch, handle objections, and book meetings on our calendar. No closing, no demos — just set the appointment. High volume — around 400 dials/day on a power dialer.

You need: fluent clear spoken English, 1+ year cold calling/SDR/appointment setting experience, thick skin, reliable internet and a quiet space, and the discipline to work unsupervised.

Pay: $240–$300/month fixed base salary, paid through OnlineJobs.ph. No commission — steady pay for steady work.

Hours: 4 hrs/day, Mon–Fri (20 hrs/week). All calling is into US time zones during US business hours, so expect a night shift if you're in Asia. Work from anywhere.

Target: minimum 8 booked appointments per week.

We provide the leads, scripts, our own dialer and CRM, and paid training.
