JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Part-Time Amazon Germany PPC & Compliance Specialist (High-Ticket €700+ Products) – Work Alongside Our Existing Team

Location: Remote (Open to Philippines-based candidates)
Work Schedule: Part-time (20–25 hours per week), with some overlap with German business hours for team collaboration.

About Us
We are an established brand currently dominating other marketplaces, and we are now expanding into Amazon Germany for the first time.

Our products are premium, high-value goods, with an average selling price of €700+. We have a strong, experienced PPC team already in place—they manage our other markets. Now we need a Germany-dedicated specialist to work alongside them, bringing deep expertise in the German market—not just in PPC, but also in compliance and listing management.

This is a part-time, collaborative role. You won't be working in isolation—you'll be coordinating with our existing team, sharing insights, and executing a coordinated global strategy tailored specifically to Germany.

The Role
We are looking for a part-time Amazon Germany Specialist with deep experience in both PPC and compliance/listing reinstatement to join our team and take ownership of our German advertising and listing health.

You will work closely with our current PPC team to:

Build and scale PPC campaigns for the German market from scratch.

Leverage your Germany-specific knowledge (local search behavior, keyword nuances, seasonality, cultural buying habits) to complement our team's existing expertise.

Execute aggressive, high-volume scaling strategies while maintaining strong ROAS for €700+ products.

Manage compliance issues and lead listing reinstatement efforts when listings are removed or suppressed by Amazon Germany.

This is a collaborative, long-term partnership. We are looking for a teammate who can integrate with our existing workflow and help us win in Germany—while also protecting our listings from the strict German regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities
PPC & Advertising:

Germany Campaign Ownership: Take full responsibility for PPC campaigns exclusively on Amazon Germany (.de).

Collaboration: Work alongside our existing PPC team, sharing insights, data, and strategies to ensure alignment with our global advertising goals.

Launch Strategy: Build campaigns from zero with no historical German data, using your expertise to identify high-potential keywords and audiences.

Aggressive Scaling: Manage significant daily budgets to capture market share quickly for €700+ products.

Daily Optimization: Monitor bids, search terms, and placements daily. Adjust aggressively to maintain visibility while protecting ROAS.

Keyword Research: Conduct deep, Germany-specific keyword research. Understand that direct translation from English is not enough—you must understand German search intent and colloquialisms.

Localization: Ensure all campaigns are culturally tailored to German buyers (seasonality, holidays, shopping behavior, and language nuances).

Compliance & Listing Management:

Listing Reinstatement: Lead the process of reinstating listings that are removed, suppressed, or flagged by Amazon Germany. This includes writing effective appeal letters, gathering required documentation, and communicating with Amazon Seller Support.

Compliance Monitoring: Proactively monitor listing health and ensure all product listings comply with German regulations (e.g., packaging laws, CE marking, safety standards, language requirements).

Account Health Management: Keep our German account health score in good standing by addressing policy violations, customer complaints, and performance notifications promptly.

Documentation: Maintain organized records of compliance documents, certifications, and appeal correspondence for future reference.

Risk Prevention: Identify potential compliance risks before they become issues and implement preventive measures.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with our operations and quality teams to ensure products meet German regulatory requirements before listing.

Requirements (Must-Haves)
PPC Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years managing Amazon PPC specifically for Amazon Germany (.de) with a proven track record of scaling high-ticket products (€100+) .

Experience launching brands or products in the EU marketplace with zero historical data.

Expert-level knowledge of Amazon Advertising Console, Seller Central, and third-party tools (e.g., Perpetua, Pacvue, Helium 10, or Jungle Scout).

Deep understanding of EU consumer behavior, seasonality (e.g., Weihnachtsgeschäft), and local competitor landscape.

Compliance & Reinstatement Experience:

Proven experience successfully reinstating removed or suppressed listings on Amazon Germany.

Deep understanding of German and EU compliance requirements:

VerpackG (German Packaging Act)

WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) if applicable

CE marking and product safety standards

Batteriegesetz (Battery Act) if applicable

GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation)

Language requirements for listings and packaging

Experience writing effective appeal letters to Amazon Seller Performance and navigating German-specific policy enforcement.

Knowledge of Amazon's Account Health dashboard and how to address policy violations.

General Requirements:

Collaborative Mindset: You must be comfortable working remotely alongside an existing team, not in isolation. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs). You must be comfortable analyzing large datasets and presenting insights clearly.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve complex compliance issues independently.

English Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English (German language skills are a bonus but not required).

Long-Term Commitment: We are looking for a long-term partner who can grow with us as we scale in Germany.

Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)
Knowledge of the German language (reading/writing) to better understand search term reports, competitor listings, and German compliance documents.

Experience with Amazon Brand Analytics and Search Query Performance specifically for Germany.

Experience managing budgets of €1,000+ per month.

Existing relationships or contacts within Amazon Seller Support (German team).

Collaborative Environment: You won't be alone—you'll be part of a supportive, experienced PPC team.

Growth Opportunities: As we scale in Germany, this role has the potential to grow into a full-time leadership position.

Flexibility: Part-time hours with flexible scheduling (with some overlap with German business hours).

Long-Term Partnership: We are looking for someone to grow with us for years, not months.

Stable Work: Secure, consistent work with a growing global brand.
