JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire a second full time admin to help with preparing offers, listing docs, addendums, warranties, and preparing the MLS. Looking to start with the 11-7pm CST shift Tuesday through Saturday. Sunday and Monday will be your off days. Needing someone with flexibility in their schedule as this will be our first time trying to cover Saturday's for Agents. Saturday shift will be shorter and we may possibly increase the weekday hours and shorten the Saturday hours as we figure out what that looks like. We are a team with 8 agents total, we are looking to triple our agent count by the end of the year. Right now we have 18 listings on the market and 15 pending. Our agents are starting to get better so our volume is expected to increase a good bit over the next few months and we have invested a good bit to get more opportunities and deals as we go into 4th quarter. If this Saturday shift doesn't seem to be a need we will shift it down to only a couple hours on Saturday. It will be required that you work Saturdays until further notice. We will need you to be dependable, have knowledge about Dotloop or e-signature systems, and have a great attitude as we are working to build with a great group of people and a great environment and culture. Looking for someone that can come in and not need much training and handholding as I do not have the time to train you on these systems and how they work will get a small pay increase once you can handle things with no oversight and understand the docs and your responsibilities. Looking for someone that's wanting a long term career that will allow them to grow and and be part of something meaningful. Will be paid bi-weekly through Wise. Looking to start you the day after interviews.
