JOB OVERVIEW

I'm a European professional hiring an experienced assistant to run the daily management of my personal dating app accounts: Tinder, Bumble, and FilipinoCupid.

Read this before anything else: if you have never been PAID to manage dating accounts for a client, do not apply. Having your own Tinder profile is not experience. Applications from beginners are deleted without reply.

The work, daily:

Browse and swipe strictly to my written criteria
Carry the opening conversations yourself — warm, funny, natural, real back-and-forth. Serious conversations I take over personally.
Flag the strongest matches for my review, every day, no gaps
Keep the tracking sheet in Google Drive current and accurate

If your idea of chatting is "Hi, how are you, have you eaten?" — this is not your job. I'm hiring someone who can make a stranger laugh in four messages.

Non-negotiable requirements:

Prior paid experience as a dating app assistant (agency or freelance)
Excellent conversational English with actual personality
Organized and precise with Google Sheets — I check the records
