JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a **creative, organized, and resourceful Virtual Assistant** to support multiple growing businesses and projects.

This role is ideal for someone who can take direction, work independently, research solutions, and bring ideas to the table.

### Responsibilities

• Create flyers and social media graphics
• Edit Reels and short-form videos
• Help build and manage social media pages
• Create content calendars, captions, and content ideas
• Research influencers, businesses, vendors, sponsors, and opportunities
• Build and organize lead/contact lists
• Assist with contacts, email campaigns, and workflows
• Research rental platforms and assist with property listings
• Provide general administrative and project support

### REQUIRED Skills & Experience

Applicants **must have experience with ALL of the following:**

• **Canva**
• **CapCut**
• **GoHighLevel**
• Social media management/content creation
• Online research and lead generation
• AI tools such as ChatGPT
• Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Strong written English
• Organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
