JOB OVERVIEW

The role

I run a group of businesses — marketing services, a portfolio of websites, and a set of AI/automation ventures. I'm looking for one organized operator to take the recurring work off my plate and actually finish projects with me.

This is not a typical VA job. You'll be working with AI tools every day — Claude Code and Cowork are how the work gets done here, not a buzzword in the ad. If you're the kind of person who has already been using AI to do work that used to take a team, this is built for you.

What I'm offering:

1000+ month depending on experience, happy to discuss profit share, when I make money so do you.

Full-time, long-term — I want someone for years, not a project
A provided VM with a Claude subscription (I pay for the tools)
Real ownership. You'll run whole areas, not tickets.

What you'll own

You won't do all of this from day one. We'll start with the first two and add areas as you get comfortable.

build system in claude to run

Marketing ops — Weekly Google Ads + Meta review across ~7 ad accounts. Produce a one-page report on what to action, keep budgets and campaigns tidy, clear unreplied Meta comments and messages.

CRM & leads — Keep lead data clean in our CRM. Every inbound enquiry logged and followed up on time. (Build reporting)

AI voice & chat — We run ~10 voice/chat assistants. Review call and chat transcripts, fix the bot's responses and knowledge base, build and load outbound call lists, monitor campaigns, deploy chat widgets to sites that need one.

Web & domain portfolio — ~30 domains, 16 live projects. Assist with updates

Content & media — Produce images and video for marketing using Google Flow and Nano Banana.

Research & data — Market research, list building, spreadsheet cleanup, reconciliations.

Who this is for

Must have:

Hands-on experience with Claude Code or Cowork. This is the one thing I can't train fast. You should be able to point to something you built, fixed, or automated with it. (Similar agentic coding tools — Cursor, Codex CLI, Aider — count if you can show the work.)
AI voice experience
Ruthlessly organized. You track your own work and close loops without being chased.
Clear written and spoken English

Nice to have

Google Flow / Nano Banana for image and video generation
Google Ads or Meta Ads experience

This is not for you if you need a detailed task list every morning, or you're looking for a second job to run alongside another client.

How to apply

Step 1 — takes about 3 minutes. Reply with:

The subject line: AI OPS —

A quick video outlining why this role is for you

Step 3. A short paid trial task, so we both find out if this works before either of us commits.

I read every application personally and reply to everyone who follows the format above.
