JOB OVERVIEW

We produce video podcasts for founders and brands and we're hiring a FULL-TIME podcast editor who can own the full pipeline: multicam episode edits, audio polish, and clip extraction.

This is a role for someone who can work FULLY INDEPENDENTLY - you'll own the podcast pipeline across multiple shows, manage your own queue, and deliver without hand-holding. We're looking for someone we can trust long-term: as the team grows, you become the editor our podcast clients rely on behind the scenes.

WHAT YOU'LL EDIT:
- Full podcast episodes: multicam switching, pacing cuts, removing dead air/tangents
- Audio cleanup: levels, EQ, noise reduction (broadcast-quality voice)
- Episode packaging: intros, lower thirds, chapter markers, YouTube versions
- Clip identification: finding the 5-10 strongest ---------- nts per episode for shorts

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- Fully independent: you take an episode and come back with a finished edit, on time, every time
- Reliable across MULTIPLE shows - juggling clients without dropping quality or deadlines
- Proven podcast editing samples (before/after audio is a huge plus)
- Multicam workflow experience in Premiere / DaVinci
- An EAR: you hear muddy audio and bad pacing and it bothers you
- Bonus: you can also cut the clips into finished shorts (mention if yes - this raises the rate)
