JOB OVERVIEW

JOB SUMMARY

We are an established e-commerce brand selling to the US market. We are hiring a VA who is strong in product research and product listing. You research competitor stores, identify winning collections, list products in our Shopify store, and handle daily quality control tasks following our procedures.

This is a stable, long-term daily role with clear documentation and training.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Product Research
- Research competitor stores and ads in the Facebook Ads Library
- Identify which stores and collections are actually selling
- Record your findings in Google Sheets

2. Product Listing
- Import products into Shopify and prepare them for launch
- Check product photos carefully before anything goes live
- Sort collections according to our standards

3. Daily Quality Control
- Review ad images against our checklists before they are published
- Publish approved work through our tools (full training provided)
- Keep task statuses updated in Google Sheets

REQUIREMENTS

- Real experience with product research for e-commerce or dropshipping (Facebook Ads Library, spy tools)
- Experience listing products in Shopify
- Very detail-oriented: a large part of this role is careful checking against checklists
- You follow procedures exactly as written, and you ask when something is unclear instead of guessing
- Strong written English
- Comfortable with Google Sheets
- Available 6 days per week (weekends are a much lighter workload)
- Reliable high-speed internet with a backup for outages
- Looking for a long-term position
