JOB OVERVIEW

Who We Are
BTS Brands is an 8-year-old private label company selling across the US, CA, UK, EU, AU and JP - two brands (travel accessories and beauty devices), 52+ active SKUs, on Amazon and our own websites. This role owns social media for both brands and sits in our Creative team.

The Role
You won't start from an empty folder. We already hold a library of influencer and UGC content, and more arrives continuously. Your job is to turn that supply into a consistent, well-edited output across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook - and to keep two very different brand voices distinct. Short-form vertical video is the default format.

This is a hands-on content role - not posting-only, and not purely strategic. You edit, you publish, and you run our creator pipeline.

What You'll Own
- Editing short-form vertical video to a publishable standard- on your own, quickly, without waiting for anyone.
- Turning raw creator footage, stock and product assets into finished posts, native to each platform - the same idea shaped differently as a Reel, a TikTok and a Short.
- Sourcing, vetting, briefing and negotiating creators for both brands, with usage rights agreed in writing before the shoot.
- Running the UGC pipeline: brief what you need, chase delivery, keep a clear record of every asset - who made it, what rights we hold, how long they run.
- A short weekly report: what published, what worked, audience growth.

What You'll Grow Into
Setting the social strategy and content pillars for both brands; running paid social on Meta and TikTok; email capture and follower-to-customer flows; and TikTok Shop's affiliate programme.

Who We're Looking For
- A fast, self-sufficient editor with a portfolio you edited or directed.
- 3+ years running social and creator content for a consumer brand.
- You know why a video holds attention in the first two seconds.
- Comfortable with CapCut, Meta's Edits or Premiere, and Canva.
- You can tell a valuable, relevant audience from a large-but-low-quality follower count.
- Solid written English.
- E-commerce experience, ideally website + marketplace, is a plus.

Tools
- Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook (and their native analytics)
- CapCut / Meta Edits / Premiere
· Canva ·
- Notion or ClickUp
- a cross-posting tool like Later

Compensation & Setup
- $900–$1,000/month
- Full-time, 40h/week, remote
- 14 days paid leave per year

To Apply - Required
Answer only from your own experience, and name the real company or account each answer comes from. We're not asking what you would do - we're asking what you actually did. Generic or AI-written answers that don't tie to real work won't move forward.

1. Describe a short-form video you edited at a named company or account. What was the raw material, what did you change and in which tool, and what was it for?
2. Take one creator you sourced and worked with at a company on your CV — who were they (handle or follower band), what did you pay, what usage rights did you agree, and how did the content perform?
3. Tell us about a time you turned down or dropped a creator or audience that looked good on paper — big follower count - because you judged it wasn't worth it. What told you?
4. One piece of content or campaign from your CV that drove a measurable result — the numbers, and where they came from.

Please include your salary expectation and availability.
