JOB OVERVIEW

Popcorn & Snack Island is looking for an experienced, aggressive, self-motivated sales professional to help grow our B2B sales.

This is a 20-hour-per-week position focused on outbound sales, cold calling, follow-up, and closing new business with schools, offices, businesses, and other organizations.

Compensation

- $3.50/hour base pay
- 10% commission on sales generated
- No cap on commissions
- Strong earning potential for high performers

- Proven or demonstrated ability to sell
- Comfortable making cold calls
- Persistent and confident asking for the sale
- Highly motivated by commission
- Competitive and results-driven
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Takes initiative and stays productive throughout the day

**This is a sales position, not a general VA position. We want someone who is hungry to sell, willing to make the calls, follow up, and keep pushing until they get the sale.**
