Who We Are
BTS Brands is an 8-year-old private label company selling across the US, CA, UK, EU, AU and JP, and expanding into Saudi Arabia — two brands (travel accessories and beauty devices), 52+ active SKUs. We're moving from a founder-run business to a systems-run one, and this role owns the commercial result.
The Role
This is commercial ownership, not task execution. You own the P&L, the launches and the positioning for both brands, and you make the day-to-day commercial calls that today land on the founders' desk. You report to the two Founders.
If you need to be told what to do each day, this isn't for you. If you read a portfolio yourself, commit to a decision and defend it with numbers rather than hand it back - read on.
What You'll Own
- The P&L at ASIN level across both brands and every marketplace — built by you, after fees, ads, returns and storage.
- A quarterly kill / hold / invest call on every product, and a weekly report to the founders.
- Every launch end to end, from the pre-launch gate to the scale-or-stop decision.
- Positioning, SEO / keywords, and PPC to agreed TACOS / ROAS targets.
- Diagnosing underperformance — traffic, conversion, price, reviews and product each need a different fix.
- Final approval on creative, copy and packaging before it publishes or prints — judged on conversion, not taste.
- What we build next, together with R&D.
Where the Founders Stay Involved
The Founders own the big bets - company direction, new markets and brands, budgets, margin targets, salaries, hiring and large investments. Everything commercial below that line is yours to run, and you're trusted to make the call without waiting to be asked.
Tools You Should Know
- Amazon Seller Central (Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, business reports) ·
- Amazon Ads · Helium 10 / Keepa ·
- Google Sheets (P&L models you build yourself) ·
- ClickUp,
- Slack,
- Drive.
Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years managing Amazon FBA brands accountable for the commercial result, not just execution.
- Strong, hands-on Amazon: you read Brand Analytics, SQP and business reports, and build your own P&L models in a spreadsheet.
- At least one full launch you can talk through end to end — including what went wrong.
- You've directed PPC against a target you owned.
- You bring a recommendation with the numbers attached, and you'll tell us an uncomfortable truth rather than sit on it.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- DTC / website experience alongside the marketplace is a plus.
Commercial ownership starts on day one, and the role is built to grow toward leadership.
Compensation & Setup
- $1,600–$2,000/month based on experience
- Full-time, 40h/week, remote
- 14 days paid leave per year
- Long-term position — we invest in people who invest in us
To Apply - Required
Answer only from your own experience. Every answer must name a real company from your CV and use real numbers from that business. We're not asking what you would do - we're asking what you actually did. Hypothetical or generic answers (including AI-written ones) will not move forward:
1. Take one product you owned at a company on your CV. Walk us through its real unit economics - price, landed cost, Amazon fees, ad spend, return rate - and one decision you made because of those numbers.
2. Walk us through one launch you ran, at a named company - from PO to the scale-or-stop call. What was the plan, and what went wrong?
3. A product's sales fell at a company on your CV. What did you check, in what order - and what did you find and d
4. A listing, image or piece of copy you changed or refused to publish - what was wrong, what did you change, and what happened to sales after?
Please include your salary expectation and availability.
