JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description

We run multiple e-commerce brands and frequently need to duplicate or entirely copy an existing Shopify store from one account to another. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shopify Virtual Assistant to handle these migrations on an as-needed project basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Export and import product listings, descriptions, variants, and images.
Replicate store themes, navigation menus, and page layouts.
Copy essential pages (About Us, FAQs, Policies, Contact).Set up standard collections and navigation structures.
Ensure all links, settings, and apps are configured correctly in the new store.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience working inside the Shopify dashboard.
Strong understanding of Shopify data structures (Products, Collections, Navigation).High attention to detail to ensure zero data or formatting is lost during cloning.
Reliable internet connection and good communication skills.
Experience with Shopify migration apps or store backup tools is a plus.
